Facilitators are asked to make a one-year commitment, and consistent attendance is important to ensure the development of the group as a cohesive unit. Facilitators are required to attend four days (18 hours) of training provided by SandCastles and receive continued on-site guidance and mentorship.
Our program aides greet families on program night, help set up, serve and clean up dinner.
